Have a commemorative photo taken of your car with a German airplane! There is an additional cost for the picture and the money will be collected at the photo opportunity.

There will be optional participation in judging for a 2005 “Wheels Award”. This award will be given to one car based on its quality and showmanship and will be awarded by a panel of judges. Other specific car make clubs may be lining up awards opportunities.

Lunch will be available on the grounds for $9 per person. To help raise the spirit of the day it will be of German fare.

Inside the Museum try out EAA’s MaxFlight Flight Simulator, the most advanced flight simulator in the world. This unique 360-degree full motion flight simulator gives the pilot sitting inside the cockpit the opportunity to soar through combat flight conditions in an F-16 jet fighter. (Cost is an additional $6.00 per person).

Check out the Museum’s newest exhibit opened in May 2005. “Dino-Soar! The Pre-History of Flight” takes Museum visitors on a journey that goes back millions of years, exploring the origins of flight in the natural world. Located on the Museum’s concourse, the 3000 square foot exhibit will feature many fun, exciting and engaging displays, including real fossils, interactive exhibits, and life-size dinosaur models.
